At CoderStats.net, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. We are committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and this policy explains the process by which copyright holders can report infringement and how we handle such claims.
1. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, posted, or distributed on CoderStats.net in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to us. The notice must include the following information to be valid under U.S. law:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- A description of the infringing material and its specific location on the site (e.g., a URL or post title).
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a valid email address.
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

- Allow the user to submit a counter-notification if they believe the content was removed in error.
4. Submitting a Counter-Notification
If you believe your material was wrongly removed or disabled due to a DMCA complaint, you may file a counter-notification. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the material that was removed and its original location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the original complainant.
Send counter-notifications to:

5. Repeat Infringer Policy
CoderStats.net has a zero-tolerance policy toward repeat copyright infringers. Users who are the subject of multiple takedown notices may be banned or restricted from the platform without prior warning.
6. Misrepresentation and Legal Consequences
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing (or non-infringing in a counter-notification) may result in legal liability. Only submit a DMCA notice or counter-notice if you are certain of the facts.
7. Policy Updates
We may modify this DMCA policy at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
